Angelica Panganiban, a Filipino American model and actress who also works as a television hostess and comedian. The new queen of Drama by various media outlets Panganiban is regarded as one of the best seasoned and versatile actresses in the Philippines. Angelica Hale fell ill at age four with Strep and pneumonia as a result of an infection that was caused by bacteria. Angelica Hale desperately needed urgent medical attention and was put on ECMO life-support at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Her kidneys did not recover when she contracted a septic infection and had numerous organ malfunctions. It was then a routine of hemodialysis and peritoneal dilution. After an hospitalization of 80 days Angelica appeared to be dying but was on the road of recuperation. Angelica's life forever transformed after she was diagnosed with dialysis of the kidney. Her mother was the one who was the one to donate her kidney. Angelica Hale and her mother went through a kidney transplantation on the premises of Emory University Hospital in Atlanta and the Children's Hospital of Atlanta Egleston on September 13 2013. Angelica Hale, a young Atlantan girl who always dreamed of becoming an actress and singer she is still working toward that goal.
