Rosalia

Rosalia Vila is a Spanish flamenco singer and pop artist. Since her teenage years the singer is a part of popular music and flamenco. Her music also strays into various genres, including hip-hop soul and Trap. Her voice is called by no less of an artist than the flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet and with a bite that is similar to older versions. El Mal Querer gained her fame and critical acclaim when her debut album Los Angeles was released in 2017. This album won her an award called the Latin Grammy Award for Best New Artist. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd is due out in 2021. Motomami included songwriting collaborations with a variety of artists, including Cory Henry, James Blake as well as others. The album came out in 2022 because of an appearance on Saturday Night Live appearance by Rosalia, the vocalist of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia became the first Spanish solo artist to perform on the show on Saturday Night Live. Motomami was the only female in the history of music to be a recipient of the Latin Album of the Year two times, in addition to the three Latin Grammy Awards.
